One badge fell off during the first drive after install. Install was performed the same on both sides. (Surfaces were properly prepped) passenger side is still holding without any issues. Ikonic's solution after a lengthy email thread and over a week response time from initial email was to purchase a new set at a discounted price. One a positive note, the badges looked great (black/red flag for sierra 1500)
ShippingMost products ship free with UPS Ground / Standard and arrive in 2-5 business days. Products ship out in 1-2 days, depending on the product, as many are made to order! We will send you a tracking number when a label is made, please note it can take 1-2 days for the label to go active. If you're a Canadian resident, we cover all duties and taxes, so there's no surprise on delivery.
Because of the nature of our products (most are custom made to order), standard returns are not available. If you receive the wrong product, or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to make it right! You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
