REFUNDS

If a refund needs to be issued, by the sole discretion of Ikonic Badges, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, typically 5-7 business days. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any stock product with no customizations (text or colors), that is not made to order and has not been installed on a vehicle can be returned within 14 days. If the return is due to buyer remorse, the buyer will be responsible for return costs. 


All products that are customized or made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received a different product than you ordered, or received a damaged product, please email sales@ikonicbadges.com with photos within 14 days and we'll make it right by allowing a return, exchange or replacement at Ikonic Badge's cost. 


Please note we cannot issue a return or exchange for any order that was fulfilled correctly, but does not fit your vehicle due to an incorrect selection by the customer. Please ensure the products you order fit your vehicle make, model and year.

Ikonic Badges has the right to decline a return, refund or replacement of a damaged product if it has already been installed onto a vehicle. If you were authorized to return your product, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


DAMAGE & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


FREE SHIPPING TO US AND CANADA

Free shipping over $40.00 applies to all eligible orders within the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking, but larger orders may go USPS Priority or Fedex.  


Shipping to the East coast averages around 3-5 days, while shipping to the West coast averages around 5-7 days. It is not uncommon for delays to occur and take up to 2 weeks. These delays are out of our control and happen with all of the carriers. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of your expected delivery date please let us know.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer tracking numbers outside of the US and Canada. If you successfully place an order through our website, we cannot guarantee delivery once the package leaves our facility. 


MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS

On rare occurrences, shipments can go missing. Historically, about 1% of shipments will see a delay of approximately one week where it shows no progress, due to a carrier delay of it getting onto a delivery truck. Sometimes packages may get stolen, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If the carrier marks the package as delivered, that is all we can guarantee. If this is a concern, please let us know when placing your order, so we can require signature upon delivery. Other times, packages are marked as delivered, but show up a day or two later. In these instances, the carrier scans the package as delivered while sitting in the truck and forgets to bring it to the door, but realizes later.  


In summary, once we ship a package, the only information we have is the same tracking information that we send to you, and often you can contact your local post office or dispatch and get more details than we can. However, if something fishy happens, or you received damaged items, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.
