Most products ship free with UPS Ground / Standard and arrive in 2-5 business days. Products ship out in 1-2 days, depending on the product, as many are made to order! We will send you a tracking number when a label is made, please note it can take 1-2 days for the label to go active. If you're a Canadian resident, we cover all duties and taxes, so there's no surprise on delivery.Returns Policy
Because of the nature of our products (most are custom made to order), standard returns are not available. If you receive the wrong product, or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to make it right! You can always contact us for any return question at sales@ikonicbadges.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you were authorized to return your item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
