Design was exactly how I pictured

Product is made by cheap brittle plastic , where in cold weather it breaks, which was fine I can deal with because I just remolded it with some heat, but what I can’t get past is their lettering , T’s look like I’s , D’s look like P’s , just not a good look especially for my show truck , tried to get them to rectify my concern and hopefully come to a common ground was flat out told no because of a demo picture that displayed in their website , next time take constructive criticism
